Competition Pro Bono Scheme Free advice on competition issues from legal experts |
|||||||||||
|
Introduction The Competition Pro Bono Scheme has been set up to provide an independent source of expert advice to individuals and businesses who believe that their rights under competition law have been infringed or who are concerned that they may be infringing. Pro Bono legal work means advice or representation provided by lawyers to individuals, businesses and other community groups who cannot afford to pay for that advice or representation and where public funding is not available. The work is provided without payment to the lawyer or law firm and provided voluntarily by the lawyer or his/her firm. Should you require advice concerning the possible impact of the European Union Competition Rules and/or national Competition Law on your business activities in the United Kingdom, or other parts of the European Economic Area, we invite you to contact one of our legal advisors. If you believe that this free scheme applies to you and you want to find out more click on the button below.
